Our General Policy
Our primary goal is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of the products we supply. Due to the critical nature of medical supplies, for hygienic, sterilization, and other safety reasons, the majority of our products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Management Discretion
All sales are considered final.
Any exception to this policy, including any potential return, exchange, or refund, is at the sole and absolute discretion of Medflow management. Submitting a request does not guarantee an approval.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our customers and maintain strict quality standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.
- Sterile or single-use items.
- Products subject to specific hygienic standards.
- Special orders, custom-configured items, or non-stock items.
- Items that have been damaged through improper use or handling by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive an item that was visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged package and product.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
In these specific cases, our management will review the claim. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit/refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Review
To request a review for a return based on the exceptions above (damage or incorrect item), you must contact us first at info (at) medflow (dot) ae or +971 56 115 3503 to obtain authorization.
Do not send any items back to us unless you have received a written Return Authorization (RA) from a Medflow representative. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, and they will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved by management, it will be processed to the original method of payment or as a credit to your account, at our discretion. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
