- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays) after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
- Shipping Within the UAE
- Standard Delivery: We offer standard delivery for all orders within the UAE.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the order volume, weight, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be communicated to you during the quotation or checkout process.
- Shipping to GCC Countries

- Regions Served: This includes Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times for GCC countries vary based on the destination and customs clearance processes. A more accurate estimate will be provided at the time of your order confirmation, but standard air or road freight can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days.
- Shipping Charges: All shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for GCC Orders)
- Responsibility of Recipient: All orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- The recipient (customer) of an international shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all such import fees, taxes, and duties. Medflow has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- General Shipping Information
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with a network of reliable and professional logistics providers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and on time.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available), allowing you to track your package.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate business address, including a contact name and phone number. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
