• Quotations and Orders: Any quotation provided by us is not an offer of sale. All orders
  you place are an offer to purchase our products and are subject to acceptance by us. We
  reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to
  product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our
  credit and fraud avoidance department.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in AED. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices
  include applicable taxes (like VAT), duties, and shipping/handling charges, which will be
  added to your total invoice.
• Payment: Payment terms shall be as specified in our quotation or invoice. We may
  require advance payment or a deposit. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or
  services until full payment is received and cleared.
• Title to Goods: Title to the products passes to you only upon our receipt of full payment
  for those products. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivey

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in
  shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated
  timeframe.
• Inspection: You must inspect all products upon receipt. Any claim for damage, shortage,
  or non-conformance must be submitted in writing to us within 2 of delivery.

5. Returns and Warranty

• Returns: Our return policy will be specified in the sales agreement or invoice. Due to the
  nature of medical equipment, many products may be non-returnable unless defective.
  Any return must be pre-authorized by Medflow in writing.
• Warranty: We warrant that products will be free from material defects in accordance
  with the manufacturer's warranty. Our sole liability under this warranty will be, at our
  option, to repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover damage
  caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
